Within Austria the following regulations apply: - Spot cash during collection: no charges occur

- Payment via Cash on delivery: in addition to the freight charges EUR 4,80 incl. VAT will be charged.
- Payment via credit card (Visa+Mastercard): Freight charges will be charged depending on the weight between EUR 5,16 and EUR 9,78 incl. VAT.
- Payment via bank collection: Freight charges will be charged depending on the weight between EUR 5,16 and EUR 9,78 incl. VAT.
All parcels are sent with with DPD parcel service. Delivery will be effected from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. You may let us know an alternative delivery address if you are not at the invoice address during regular delivery times.
